We will graciously accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact orders@teiraefarley.com within 14 days of the order date with digital proof of the damaged product. Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly respond to offer return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, pending approval, when to expect your replacement.
